Responsive Classroom

Today we joined Mrs. Henault's class for Morning Meeting. We greeted each other in different languages, shared our favorite animals and had a blast doing an activator called Shark Attack! It was great  way to start our day!

Tropical Tuesday

Today we forgot all about the freezing temperatures outside and celebrated 'Tropical Tuesday'  in the 3rd grade!

Special thanks to the PCC for providing us with this fabulous experience today. Magnetic Monica visited our classroom and taught us about Sound Energy. We were able to participate in a number of hands-on activities that showed us first hand how sound is produced, how vibrating molecules create different sounds , how our ears hear sound and much more!!
