Zones of Regulation


Mrs. Wong, our Occupational Therapist, has been teaching us about the Zones of Regulation . "The Zones is a systematic, cognitive behavior approach used to teach self-regulation by categorizing all the different ways we feel and states of alertness we experience into four concrete zones. The Zones curriculum provides strategies to teach students to become more aware of, and independent in controlling their emotions and impulses, managing their sensory needs, and improving their ability to problem solve conflicts."

Wax Museum Presentations


Today the students did a fabulous job presenting their famous Americans to our class. You will all be amazed when you attend our Wax Museum on Friday. Here are a few of the students from today's presentations :

Earth Day Activities

We read the story A River Ran Wild by Lynn Cherry in class.  It tells the story of how the Nashua River Valley became polluted over a hundred years due to the Industrial Revolution.
