Butterflies
All 20 of our butterfly larva had a complete metamorphosis into butterflies. On Wednesday we watched as they flew out of our classroom habitat in to the JFK Butterfly Garden.

Animal Research
We have begun our animal research projects. Today we gathered information using Chromebooks. Next week the students will use the library to gather more information.

Our Painted Lady Caterpillars are Here!
Our Painted Lady Caterpilars arrived Friday after school. We will be spending the next few weeks watching them grow and change into butterflies. It's truly an amazing transformation.

Mindset Lesson with Mrs. Murray, JFK Math Specialist
Mrs. Murray has come in this week to talk to us about our Mindset as it relates to our learning. She specifically focused on how our math ability is directly related to our 'Math Mindset'.
