Super Bowl Math Morning

Boston Massacre Commemoration and Reenactment
Saturday, March 5
Join us for all day family-friendly activities and our signature reenactment at night.

Little Redcoats and Little Bostonians, interactive program for children
11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Learn what life was like for Bostonians and British soldiers in Boston in the months leading up to the Boston Massacre. Free; at massacre marker in front the Old State House.

Trial of the Century, interactive program for all ages
11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Watch lawyers John Adams and Josiah Quincy defend the British soldiers accused of murdering Bostonians during the Boston Massacre. Audience members take on the roles of witnesses and jurors in this celebrated court case. Free with museum admission; in Representative Hall, Old State House.

Boston Massacre Reenactment
7:00 p.m.
Witness the Boston Massacre reenacted in front of the Old State House, in the very place where it took place March 5, 1770. Before the action unfolds, hear from patriots, loyalists, and moderates who will talk about the events and attitudes that led to that fateful night. Free; in front of the Old State House.


Reading of Blood on the Snow

Join the Bostonian Society for a behind-the-scenes preview of the new play Blood on the Snow, on the 246th anniversary of the day the drama takes place.

Light Review

Today we played Numbered Heads Together to review for our Light Test. The students worked in teams of 4 to answer the given question. Then one student will be called on to answer for their group. It was a lot of fun and a great way to study. I know we are all set for our test tomorrow!
